A Journal for exploring faith-based social change issues
This bi-annual academic journal
invites discussion on the dynamic dimensions of inter-faith dialogue and
multi-faith action across a range of social change issues. All articles,
which will be peer reviewed, will be freely accessible on-line.
Each issue has several distinct themes and will aim to include one article
from a practitioner, thus giving voice to non-academics working for social
change from a faith perspective. Providing a forum for grass-roots voices
allows broader conversations about the current state and future direction
of faith-based social change.
Our second issue, which presents papers from our conference series, is now available. We have also posted a call for articles and welcome your submissions on the role of art in faith spirituality and social change. Journal co-editor Dr. Welch will be presenting at the forthcoming 'Media, Spiritualities, & Social Change' conference which will explore aspects of this dynamic topic. We're sure to get some exciting contributions from that event, but look forward to reading articles from far and wide so get to work on those abstracts!
